All of our volunteers, trustees, members of staff, freelance contractors and work experience candidates must go through our four-step recruitment process:

- Have a chat with us about possible roles in the organisation (for staff recruitment, this takes the form of a good ole interview)
- Undergo a Criminal Records Bureau police check
- Attend child protection training and undergo a probationary period
There are no exceptions. No substitutions. No ifs, ands or buts. Full stop.
VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES: We need support from volunteers for quarterly mailouts, publication distribution, historical research, website maintenance, proofreading, database management, project steering committees, and sorting and counting donations from the fountain at Hay's Galleria.
BOARD OF TRUST: We are seeking trustees to join our Board of Trust; we are looking for people from various business backgrounds, who live or work in the local community. Please [Contact Us] for more details.
WORK EXPERIENCE OPPORTUNITIES: We offer two work experience placements per year to secondary school pupils, usually in June or July. It is a great opportunity to experience all aspects of the operation here at Guy Fox, from the administration of accounts and VAT returns to the design of publications and marketing materials, you will see first-hand what it takes to run a social enterprise.
